Help Ukraine Group is grateful to RaySearch Laboratories for kindly donating 10 radiotherapy treatment planning stations to Ukraine (5 for clinical use and 5 for educational purposes).
RayStation® is a flexible, innovative treatment planning system chosen by many of the leading cancer centers worldwide. It combines unique features like unmatched adaptive therapy capabilities, multi-criteria optimization, optimization for HDR brachytherapy and external beam therapy with photons, electrons, and protons. RayStation supports a wide range of treatment machines (Varian, Elekta, Accuray linacs) and enables fallback planning. With fallback planning, plans for 2 different machines can be generated with one optimization or plan from one machine easily can be converted to another machine if the machine is down. In the environment of limited treatment planning resources and un-matched machines with frequent downtime, the clinical RayStations will be a saving grace for 5 radiotherapy departments in Ukraine.

Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, medical physics department is receiving 5 educational RayStations that will be shared with professional organizations in Ukraine, other cancer centers in Ukraine and other departments for educational purposes.
